Job Description

Sr. Healthcare Staffing Coordinator / Account Manager

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and qualified candidate from the healthcare staffing industry to apply their skills and prior experience with an expanding company on a great growth track while working closely with senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and new client accounts ranging from nursing homes, school districts, hospital systems, medical practices and/or other professional organizations.
  • Coordinate timely scheduling and staffing per-diem shifts and long-term work working with clients and candidates while ensuring accurate workflow. Must be able to take ownership of the position and be a team player working well with compliance, accounting and management.
  • Utilize different platforms in order to build relationships with clients and providers and help fill all client needs. The position requires virtually and in-person visits to prospects and clients from time to time.
  • Participate in virtual and/or in-person as needed to recruit, interview, and hire qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Work with senior leadership on various projects and display leadership in the office.
  • Initiate and support varied projects and initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed production goals.
  • Participate in light on call work

Other Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred
  • Healthcare staffing agency experience required

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, does what it takes to manage and fill client needs, executes on the mentioned responsibilities and has top notch time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Must be willing to put in some work after hours.

The Sr. Healthcare Staffing Coordinator / Account Manager will work from our Long Island office (Nassau County). Our office is located within walking distance of the LIRR and are near a number of major highways.
