Senior Pricing Intelligence Analyst will lead creating and managing a pricing intelligence function. This role involves entering quotes from PDFs, extracting data from Oracle, and utilizing other sources to gather relevant information. This position will collaborate closely with the product team to develop pricing mapping and strategies.
This position will serve our
Air Conditioning Division , located in
Fort Smith, AR .
Responsibilities - Lead pricing intelligence, ensuring efficient and accurate data entry and extraction processes.
- Oversee the extraction of quotes from PDFs, Oracle data, and other sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement strategies for mapping, working closely with the product team to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of intelligence initiatives.
- Create and present reports on intelligence findings to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve pricing intelligence processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience within pricing
- Experience with leading pricing teams
- Experience with market/pricing research and analysis
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Oracle BI Answers, SQL, MS Access, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications and data management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, ability to work cross-functionally, strong communication and presentation skills, and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications - MBA or Masters Degree in related field
- Experience in the HVAC industry or related field
- Familiarity with the Air Conditioning Division's products and services.
- Certification in training or instructional design.
