As a Tesla Advisor, your primary focus is on enhancing operational efficiency to boost store productivity. Your role is pivotal in supporting and enabling our Customer Experience, Tesla Advisors, and Management teams by providing them with the tools they need to meet and surpass their targets. Your proactive organizational support is crucial for maximizing performance and productivity. We are seeking a candidate with both the skills to create an exceptional client experience and a genuine commitment to the cause of sustainable energy.

Expected Compensation: $16.99 - $38.88/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
