Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Training Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to coordinate training programs for research staff.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinating training programs for research staff.
• Developing and implementing training materials and curricula.
• Ensuring compliance with training and safety standards.
• Maintaining training records and documentation.
• Providing training support for research projects as needed.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biology, or a related field.
• U.S. Citizen
• Must pass a NACI background check
• Must be eligible to participate in the BPRP and CS-PRP program.
• Must be able to work in a BSL-3 laboratory.

Salary Range: $15.68 - $71.30
