ECU Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Tarboro, North Carolina.

ECU Health is looking for experienced nurses for internal travel opportunities in the surgical unit at ECU Health Edgecombe Hospital in Tarboro, NC.

Unit details
- 31-bed unit
- Staffing ratios: 1:5 RN-to-Patient
- Primary population: Adolescents 13 years and older, adults, and geriatric patients admitted for joint replacement, laminectomy, cholecystectomy, hysterectomy, appendectomy, and more.

Minimum requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Greater than 1 year of nursing experience is required
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required

Compensation package
- Base pay: up to $70/hour for all travel nursing positions
- 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay
- Additional $3.00/hour for stand-by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay
