Job Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated Traveling Wind Turbine Technicians to join our team at Auxilius Renewable Energy. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, inspections, and/or installations on wind turbine systems located within the United States. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and safety protocols associated with working at heights in a high risk environment. This position requires a commitment to safety, quality, and a level of professionalism that ensures optimal wind turbine performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various wind turbine sites to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Climb turbines to conduct inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while working at heights

Requirements

• Experience as a service technician or demonstrative mechanical background.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to wind turbine maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Effective communication, including the ability to lead effectively as well as take directions.
• Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license will be necessary for travel in company vehicles.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
