About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for TV Distribution with a strong background in senior media sales and management. The successful candidate will be a strategic and creative leader, responsible for exceeding sales targets and leading a team that manages all pan-regional SVOD, AVOD, and cable clients. This role requires a senior sales expert with over 10 years of experience, a deep understanding of the business, and a proven track record in client relationships, leadership, and strategy development. The Vice President will be expected to have advanced sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with various media categories, including digital, new media, and telecommunications. Applicants for the Vice President, Distribution position at the company should be results-driven, with a strong customer focus and excellent relationship management skills. The role involves setting and achieving aggressive sales budgets, managing a distribution sales team, and working closely with marketing, public relations, and data analytics teams to support client relationships and enhance product performance. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be adept at deal negotiation and management, and have the ability to travel regularly. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being preferred, and the candidate should possess unquestionable integrity and be fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese being a plus.
