About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Sports and Entertainment Analytics to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its brands and programming. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing actionable insights based on cross-platform audience analytics, with a focus on maximizing audiences and monetization in a complex media ecosystem. This leadership position involves partnering with senior leaders in the sports and entertainment verticals, leading a high-performing analytics team, and overseeing the implementation of integrated analytics frameworks. The VP will also be tasked with identifying emerging trends, delivering competitive intelligence, and utilizing advanced analytics tools to support content planning, advertising sales projections, and audience development strategies. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of leadership experience in media analytics, audience measurement, or digital intelligence, and a proven track record in multi-platform media ecosystems. The role requires expertise in analytical and visualization tools, as well as advanced modeling techniques and predictive analytics in a media context. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of entertainment and sports media trends, audience dynamics, and monetization models. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree or MBA being desirable. The VP should be adept at communicating complex data in a compelling narrative and be capable of driving measurable business outcomes. The position is hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, and is eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
