Our core expertise includes Association Management, Trade Show and Conference Planning, Interim Leadership, Marketing & PR, and Financial Services.

We're seeking a Contract Web Designer & Digital Strategist to help elevate the digital presence of TSO and our diverse portfolio of association clients.

As a Contract Web Designer & Digital Strategist, you’ll lead the charge in designing engaging websites, enhancing user experience, optimizing for SEO, and aligning content with digital marketing goals. You’ll work across various platforms and industries, making a real impact on visibility, engagement, and performance.
What You’ll Do

Web & Digital Design

• Design visually compelling layouts and graphics using modern design trends
• Ensure websites align with brand standards and provide excellent user experience

Website Management & Optimization

• Maintain and update website content
• Improve page structure, readability, and overall navigation

SEO & Digital Strategy

• Develop and implement SEO best practices
• Collaborate with content teams to boost organic search visibility

Analytics & Performance

• Monitor site metrics using Google Analytics and SEO tools
• Recommend enhancements based on performance insights

SaaS & Platform Familiarity

• Work within CMS and SaaS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ensure seamless integration with marketing automation tools

Collaboration & Content Support

• Partner with internal teams and clients to support digital strategies
• Design supporting assets for social media, email campaigns, and more

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Strong background in web design, UX/UI, and branding
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD or similar)
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (advanced coding not required)
• SEO best practices and digital marketing experience
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and SaaS tools
• Excellent project management and communication skills

Bonus Points For

• Experience with WordPress, Your Membership, or Drupal
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, keyword research, and SEM tools
• Survey Monkey, Mailchimp, iOS / Android App Development
• Bootstrap – mobile friendly development knowledge
• Association management or nonprofit experience
