Education and Experience: Must have a Residential Care Specialist 1, or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certificate. May be trained within 4 months of employment. Must have 40-hour certified medication administration certification. Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Basic computer knowledge.
