About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated CONTRACT Event Marketing Manager on a six-month, 20-hour-per-week contract. This resource will increase brand awareness and directly impact pipeline growth.

General Areas of Impact

• Unify our event strategy – One person leading all event-related initiatives will ensure a more cohesive and impactful presence.
• Maximize brand impact – A structured approach to events will drive better visibility and recognition in Pharma and, eventually, HCP spaces.
• Scale our efforts efficiently – Without a dedicated resource, our current team is stretched too thin to execute effectively.
• Increase deal flow – More targeted, strategic event participation will create new opportunities, leading to a stronger pipeline and faster deal closures.

Scope of Responsibilities

This role will initially focus on general Pharma but has the potential to expand into focused HCP.

Responsibilities include:

1. Pharma-Focused Event Strategy

• Managing sponsorships, speaking engagements, and event presence.
• Coordinating with sales to ensure high-value prospects are engaged.
• Measuring and reporting event-driven pipeline impact.

2. Partnerships

• Owning the relationship with key industry partners.
• Identifying new, high-impact opportunities for networking and brand exposure.

3. Healthcasts-Owned Events

• Creating and executing exclusive events that position Healthcasts as a thought leader.
• Driving attendance and engagement to foster deeper industry relationships.
