FREELANCE FRONT-END WEB DEVELOPER

VUE Health is seeking a talented Freelance Web Developer to lead our web development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proficient understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript Frameworks, along with basic UI/UX Design skills. You should be a high-energy individual that is passionate about building seamless digital experiences to motivate, influence and inspire audiences. You will be a collaborative partner to the digital team to produce work that reflects our creativity, innovation, and passion for what we do.

Responsibilities include:

• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Bootstrap, Node.js, Angular, React
• Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks (JQuery preferred)
• Experience with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, CORS.
• Experience with AWS S3
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO principles and implementation
• Experience with responsive design implementations.
• Proficient in UI/UX application development skills as well as multiple design techniques
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (Wordpress, Contentful, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation and other common marketing tools preferred (e.g. ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in an agency environment that includes web design, HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3 programming experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required
• Strong communication skills a must. Experience interfacing with client technical teams preferred.
