Our client, a dynamic player in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to join their team. As a Hospitality Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Pay Range: Competitive pay based on experience

What's the Job?

• Greet guests and clients warmly and assist with check-ins, inquiries, and directions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house or lobby area.
• Provide accurate information about services, amenities, or local points of interest.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and requests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy or high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
