Overview

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Experience Guide with a passion for video games, live experiences and travel to join our Location Based touring experience. In this role, you are the operating team for the touring attraction and onsite team. Your job is to welcome guests throughout the experience and deliver a positive guest engagement.

In addition to strong engagement skills, we seek individuals who recognize the value of providing every guest with a unique experience and who can inspire and motivate the Attraction operations team to share that same dedication.

On site, you will directly interact with guests, welcoming them as they arrive, supporting ticket sales and validation, building excitement for their timed entry and interacting with them to ensure they have a memorable and fulfilling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests throughout the experience areas, delivering guidance as needed through positive conversation, and monitoring guest flow
• Assist in the daily operations by upholding guest engagement standards and promoting a consistent hospitality mindset
• Assist guests in entry queuing based on timed ticket entry and guest registration
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) stations for ticket sales at the door and scanning pre-sold tickets
• Engage with guests throughout their experience, supporting guidance in interaction areas and answering any questions

Skills

• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly within the team.
• Interest in and knowledge of video games and what makes for a fun and socially engaging game play experience.
• Comfortable in a guest engagement position, demonstrating strong customer service mindset
• Excellent time management abilities
• Ability to move throughout the venue throughout shifts
• Positive attitude and proactive team support.
