Legal Assistant – Insurance Litigation
Location: Charleston, SC (downtown)
Salary: $48,000 – $65,000 (Based on Experience)

We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our Insurance Litigation team in Charleston, SC.
What You’ll Do:
-Manage scheduling, dictation, transcription, and time entry
-Maintain and monitor attorney calendars
-Draft, revise, and manage legal documents
-Track statewide rosters and court dockets
-Handle administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and scanning
-Provide direct support to paralegals and attorneys
-Pitch in with other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years of experience in a law firm environment
-Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal procedures
-Familiarity with court and administrative hearing protocols
-Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced setting
-Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills
-Strong prioritization and organizational abilities
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
-Professional, communicative, and collaborative
-A stable and consistent work history
