Are you highly organized, energetic, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Loan Officer Assistant and Project Manager to support our top-producing mortgage office! This is a unique opportunity to blend client relations, business development, and project management in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing projects to grow our brand
✅ Coordinate local events, webinars, and seminars—including promotions and logistics
✅ Maintain organized workflows, track key deadlines, and ensure smooth operations
✅ Occasionally assist with in-person client meetings and community outreach
✅ Make follow-up calls to clients and referral partners to schedule appointments What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
✔️ Experience in mortgage, real estate, or marketing preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
✔️ Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM systems, social media, and basic design tools
✔️ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others
📍 Location: 4th Street, San Rafael (primarily in-office with some remote flexibility)
⏰ Hours: Part-time with potential for full-time growth
