Summary of Position: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing manager with a proven track record in the outsourced customer experience/call center industry. This role will require a strong strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, overseeing a talented team of design, copywriting, and video production professionals, as well as email and social media coordinators. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, content creation, and brand messaging, with the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention in the customer experience sector.
Key Responsibilities:
•Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, including designers, copywriters, video producers, and marketing coordinators. Ensure the team is aligned on objectives, timelines, and creative vision to deliver high-quality marketing and sales materials.
•Content Creation and Management: Direct the creation of engaging content, including website copy, blogs, and case studies, tailored to the needs of the industry and our various brands.
•Video Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end process of video content production, including conceptualization, scripting, shooting, and post-production. Ensure videos align with brand standards and effectively communicate important messages.
•Brand Messaging and Positioning: Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels for all brands and business units. Ensure that the brand's voice resonates with target audiences, including potential clients and business partners.
•Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to and resources are optimized; adopt and work in existing project management software.
•Market Research and Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Use data to assess campaign effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
•Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and drive sales growth.
•Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on performance metrics, including project completion, campaign ROI, etc., to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Deliver weekly and monthly reports consistently.
Qualifications:
•Experience: At least five years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the outsourced customer experience/service sector.
•Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and video producers.
•Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling messaging and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
•Strong Understanding of Marketing Channels: Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing and social media.
•Creative and Analytical Mindset: Ability to balance creative direction with data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
•Project Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and video production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
•Bachelor's Degree: A degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is preferred.
•Preferred Skills:
•Experience with outsourced call center marketing or B2B marketing in a customer service-based industry.
•Knowledge of video marketing strategies, including YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms used by business clients.
•Experience working with external agencies or vendors for design or production needs.
