National Breaker & Supply is a fast-growing leader in the electrical supply industry, specializing in circuit breakers, electrical components, and custom solutions for commercial and industrial markets. With a reputation for reliability and exceptional customer service, we are expanding our reach to the Vancouver area — and we’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead that charge.
What You'll Do:
As our Regional Sales Manager for the Vancouver region, you’ll be the face of National Breaker & Supply in a dynamic and high-potential market. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on business development, customer relationship management, and regional strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the Vancouver region
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to support company expansion goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify opportunities in key industries (construction, industrial, commercial, etc.)
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and fulfillment
Hire, manage, and mentor local sales representatives as the team grows
Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of sales experience in the electrical supply or industrial distribution industry
Proven success in B2B sales, territory management, and new market development
Strong knowledge of circuit breakers, switchgear, or related electrical products (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Vancouver area
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
