Job Description

Our client, a well-established company, is looking to hire a Senior Staff Accountant to start right away! We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated professionals with strong accounting skills to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
Assist with month-end close processes and general ledger analysis.
Process financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting systems.
Monitor and respond to inquiries related to financial records.
Research discrepancies and support compliance efforts.
Assist with internal audits and reporting for leadership.
Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented and team-oriented mindset.
